I’m a multidisciplinary creative with a passion for storytelling through visual arts, music, and community-driven projects.
My journey began at 18 when I dove into freelance photography, capturing everything from weddings and portraits to nature and vintage lookbooks. As I transitioned from a small town to a city, I found myself immersed in the DIY music scene, documenting local live shows and band promotions—an experience that ignited my deep love for photographing live music and working with artists.
In 2019, I founded Immersed Magazine, a platform that blends my love for photography, journalism, and social activism. The magazine, which focuses on local artists, environmental issues, and social justice, began as an online PDF and has since expanded to print, with a successful launch event in 2023. This journey led me to a natural progression in event organizing—I'm now booking and promoting punk and hardcore shows in the North Carolina music scene while also growing my skills in sound engineering.​

Beyond my visual arts career, I have over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. From my early days as a barista and server to roles in culinary arts (including a culinary degree in pastry arts), I've honed my skills in food staging, marketing, and social media content creation for local venues and restaurants. Managing social media for fine dining establishments, coffee shops, and music venues has given me an expert understanding of brand development, visual storytelling, and community engagement within the hospitality industry.

My experience also includes running my own wholesale bakery, where I combined my love for baking with my entrepreneurial spirit. Currently, I manage an espresso bar that specializes in lattes and espresso martinis, while continuing to pursue my creative passions in photography, event planning, and publishing.
